WHERE ARE MOONSTONE MERCHANTS PIECES MADE?

We hand-select each piece and our supplier sources the crystals directly from the mines in various countries.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

No, only to Canada, the USA, and Australia. Shipping costs are based on weight at
check out. Shipping to other countries to follow in the future.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MOONSTONE MERCHANT'S PIECES?

● Place crystals on a windowsill for 30 minutes on a sunny or cloudy day. Some are
best not left in direct sunlight for long as they will fade over time.
● Burn sage to cleanse the crystal which is called smudging. Smudging cleanses
the negative energy replacing it with positive energy.
● Selenite can cleanse your gemstones. The more contact the crystal has with
selenite the more it will be cleansed.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE FROM REAL CRYSTALS?

Yes, all of the crystals at Moonstone Merchants are made from their respective
authentic materials. From Tourmaline to Malachite to Lepidolite, we guarantee the
crystals in this shop are true and 100% authentic & ethically sourced. Some crystals are made from a mixed metal, composed of a gold, silver, or platinum vapour and exposed to extreme temperatures to achieve their rainbow aura. We hand-select each piece to ensure its quality is up to our standards at Moonstone Merchants.

WILL THE BRACELETS FIT MY WRIST?

All crystal bracelets are made with double elastic to ensure durability and will fit most
wrist sizes.

HOW LONG AFTER COMPLETING MY ORDER WILL IT BE SENT?

This all depends on the availability of the items you choose. If your orders are in stock we aim to have them out for dispatch within 1-7 days.

Shipping is available to Canada, The USA, and Australia! If your country isn't listed
upon checkout, please email kaylee@moonstonemerchants.com to inquire. Shipping
costs and delivery times vary depending on where they're going. Domestic shipping in
Canada takes approximately 2-7 days, international shipping takes approximately 7-21 days.
